How do I activate my account?

You get your Hyperwallet activation details as part of the AWS Marketplace registration process.

How do I change my profile information?
  1. Log in to your Pay Portal.
  2. Click Settings > Profile
  3. Make the changes.
  4. Click Save
How do I get started?

The Hyperwallet Pay Portal has been designed to provide you with fast, convenient, and reliable access to your earnings. Now you can payday your way thanks to a multitude of self-serve tools, easy on-the-go access, and automated payment transfer methods.  

You can get set up to receive your AWS Marketplace payment in three easy steps:  

  1. Add Transfer Method: This is the bank account to which we will send your payments. 
  2. Register Deposit Account: Once you add your bank account, you will be provided with a Hyperwallet Deposit Account. Return to the AWS Marketplace Management Portal and register this account as your Deposit Method.
  3. Receive Payments: All payments from Amazon will be automatically transferred to your bank account through the Hyperwallet Deposit Account.
In the Hyperwallet portal, what’s the difference between Individual account vs Business account?
  • Individual accounts should be used for businesses registered as sole proprietors. Hyperwallet accounts that are registered as individual cannot have their funds disbursed into their domestic business bank accounts.

What if I receive a payment but have not yet saved any banking details in my Hyperwallet account?
  • If you receive a payment but have not yet saved your banking details, you will see a notification on the Hyperwallet Pay Portal dashboard stating that you have a pending payment.

Where can I view Hyperwallet fees and processing times?
Does the AWS Marketplace cover certain Hyperwallet fees?
  • Yes, AWS Marketplace covers the Hyperwallet load fee only with respect to AWS Marketplace disbursements of the proceeds from your Paid products into your Hyperwallet account.

Do additional fees apply?
  • Yes, additional fees to your use of Hyperwallet services (including transfer fees and foreign exchange fees required to transfer funds into your local currency), as well as foreign exchange rates.

What happens if transferring funds require currency conversion?
  • If a transfer of funds to your local bank account requires a currency conversion, it will take place at the exchange rate received by Hyperwallet from their bank service provider at the time they initiate the disbursement (“Foreign Exchange Fees”). Foreign Exchange Fees include costs of currency conversion, transaction fees and other fees for remitting payment to your default bank account. Exchange rates fluctuate under market conditions throughout the day, and the rate used will be indicative of the market value at the time of the transfer.

Do I need to be registered with Hyperwallet in order to contact the Hyperwallet Support Center?
  • Yes, for security reasons, you must have a Hyperwallet account and be logged into your account to speak with support staff.

What is the Payee Verification Process?
  • In order to ensure compliance with payment industry regulations, verification of payees may be required.  Verification refers to the process of gathering data on an individual or business and ensuring the data is correct.  For more information on what Hyperwallet may collect and when, please refer to this page.

Account Management

How can I confirm that my banking information is correct?

The best way to confirm that you have entered your banking information correctly is to refer to the numbers on the bottom of your check.

In Canada and the United States, your account information would be displayed as shown on the sample checks below:

For all other regions, please refer either to your bank statement or contact your financial institution to confirm your banking information.

 

How do I update my bank account information?
  1. Select Transfer from your menu   
  2. Under Actions, select Update for the selected bank account
  3. Update the information
  4. Click Confirm
What should I know about Hungary - HUF bank transfers?
Please be advised that per regulations in Hungary, bank transfers in HUF (Hungarian Forint) are subject to a financial transaction tax of 0.3% of each transfer amount, up to a maximum of 6,000 HUF.

I forgot my Hyperwallet Pay Portal password. What should I do?

We do NOT keep a record of your password!

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the link below and enter your email address (must be the same email address with which your account is registered). You will receive an email containing a link you will need to click on. In order to choose a new password, you will first be asked to answer your two security questions.
